Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancel any time in two taps. Here is how trials, cancellations and refunds work.
Free trial
Every new account gets 7 days free with no card required, so there is nothing to cancel during the trial.
How to cancel
Go to Settings → Manage billing (or the Pricing page) and choose Cancel plan in the secure Stripe portal. You can cancel any time, with no fees.
What happens after cancelling
Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you already paid for, then it will not renew. Your data is kept so you can come back later, unless you ask us to delete it.
Refunds
Monthly payments are generally non-refundable and we do not refund partial months. If you were charged by mistake, charged after cancelling, or something went wrong, email us within 30 days and we will review it fairly and refund where appropriate.
Plan changes
Upgrading to Pro takes effect immediately with a prorated charge. Switching to Basic credits your unused time to future bills.
