Better Days should be a welcoming place for everyone. We are working to make the service more accessible and welcome feedback about barriers.
Our commitment
Better Days aims to be usable by people with a wide range of abilities, including people who use keyboards, screen readers and other assistive technology. Accessibility is an ongoing effort as the service changes.
Accessibility standard
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as a target for improvements. This statement is not a certification of compliance. We have not completed a comprehensive independent accessibility audit, and some parts of the service may not yet meet this target.
Accessibility considerations
The site includes a skip-to-content link, keyboard focus indicators, light and dark appearance options, and reduced-motion support for decorative animations. These measures do not guarantee that every feature works with every assistive technology.
Areas that may need improvement
Interactive charts, animated navigation, document uploads and AI-generated content may present accessibility barriers. Embedded media, external tools and payment or sign-in services are provided by third parties; their accessibility may vary. Please let us know if any part of your experience prevents you from using Better Days.
Feedback and assistance
If you encounter a barrier or need information in an alternative format, contact us at whiterxvn0328@gmail.com using the Contact link below. Include the page address, what you were trying to do, and any browser or assistive technology details you are comfortable sharing. Do not include passwords, payment details or sensitive journal content.
We will review your request and work with you on a practical way to access the information or complete the task. We cannot guarantee a particular response time or that every requested format will be available.
